We kept it simple on purpose: coffee, food, corn dogs, and a short drinks list. No long story about family kitchens or secret recipes here - just a place that wanted to do a few things well.
Corn dogs made the menu because they're the kind of snack that makes people smile when a tray lands on the table. Coffee made it because mornings need it. And a Virgin Mojito made it because not every drink needs alcohol to be worth ordering.
We opened a second outlet because people kept turning up at the first one. That is really the whole story so far - the rest we are still writing, one cup and one corn dog at a time.
